Police arrest beefy bandit in Delhi Twp. | News
DELHI TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19)- A hamburglar has been arrested in Delhi Township.
Joe Raisor is charged with theft for stealing meat from Kroger. Police say he also had several other theft warrants on file.
Delhi Township Police say Raisor entered the Delhi Road Kroger on July 21 and took a basket full of meat without paying.
