Man accused of raping 3-year-old girl | News
A Price Hill man has been arrested and charged with raping a 3-year-old girl.
Santos Laynes Mendez, 45, is charged with one count of rape.
Hamilton County court documents say the incident happened in January at Mendez's home on Glenway Avenue.
Mendez was in court on Thursday morning. His bond was set at $100,000.
