CPD looking for missing man | News
WINTON TERRACE, OH (FOX19)- The Cincinnati Police Department is looking for a missing man.
Eugene Young, 42, was last seen in the Winton Terrace area on Oct. 18.
He was wearing a black t-shirt and gray sweatshirt. Police say he has a medical condition that requires medication that he does not have with him.
